Internet and Broadband dropping my out constantly

I don't believe i'm one of a kind. Our computers and TV keep dropping signal constantly and it's been going on for the last two or three weeks resetting the router doesn't make any difference. It carries on doing it. 
I need to speak to someone in person as I'm sick to death of having such a poor service and still paying full price for it.

If no one gets in touch with me very soon, my next call will be to cancel my account.
