Internet 2mb a second pay alot for better than this and never get it!

My broadband is disgusting!! I pay alot of money to sky and I get 2mb a second this is the 5th time this month I have had terrible Internet! I have tried all the usual stuff reset it turn it off and leave it doesn't help!
