Intermittent wifi upstairs in all rooms, constantly saying loading when watching the tv and laptop

Recently had sky installed. Have yhe all rooms promise. Intermittent wifi in all upstairs rooms. Tv constantly reloading, when using laptop for work, eifi keeps dropping out. No wifi in loft conversion
