Internet on modem intermittently dropping for last week. Done all troubleshooting to no avail. When checking broadband says all is good but when internet is down I can't check it so can't get option of booking an engineer. I live in a mobile phone black spot and use WiFi calling. Tried phoning Sky from pay as you go landline but get automated service advising to do everything I have already done! How can I get through to a person?
