Morning guys, I have an ongoing issue with loss of broadband. It last for up to 15sec sometimes less and then reconnects. I've had both a broadband engineer and tv engineer and they have replaced the router and main sky q box. The settings have been changed to Active by the broadband engineer but it still occurs. I was wondering if a sky q mini box could cause this issue. When I switch one of them off at the mains it seems to resolve. If it's in standby I still get the issue.
Any help would be great.
I have 2 mini boxes and a WiFi repeater from sky.

It last happened this morning. It resolved when I powered off one of the mini boxes.
I can see the issue on the main box network settings. My mobile phones also lose network at the same.

Hi James,
no all my devices lose internet access at the same time. We only have phones which use the broadband but end up switching WiFi on the phones off when it happens and use 5G.
Streaming is affected, pixelation and sometimes it stops.
I think you may be correct with the WiFi interference but getting to the bottom of it is frustrating.

I have only tried one of the two boxes but I'll try the other when the problem is back.
