Hi we are regulalry losing wifi connection across all devices durng the week - somethimes this is just for a few minutes sometimes for longer periods - I have followed the various posts to disconnect all devices and ensure the hub is not on the floor etc but nothing changes. When trying to talk to someone I cannot get anywhere with the virtual assistant that just takes me in a loop and the phone system checks the wifi and says it is all working or there is a problem in the house - How do I progress this issue further?

Me too. I just switched to ~SKY broadband from BT. Had nothing but problems since the switch, all with the wifi. Most of the time only 1-2 bars of signal, almost never 5 bars. Often drops to zero bars. Streaming has become erratic as a result. Also because I live in the country I relie on wifi calling on my mobile and so this fails frequently

This is exactly what is happening to me.
I have only just moved to Sky therefore will be cancelling if not fixed within 1 week.
