Intermittent loss of WiFi

Weve been experiencing intermittent loss of broadband for about 3 weeks.  Sometimes as much as 6/7 times a day.  All online status checks I can do have been done, baring I mind I can only do this when WiFi is back up and running so it tells me there are no issues. 🤦‍♀️ It's becoming very frustrating, anyone have any ideas?  One of my sons left home a month ago so we've not so many devices connected  1 less streaming and gaming so it's not struggling in that sense.  Just a thought, could it be a damp connection as it seems to be since the weather's changed and we had no problems in the summer months although it's not the first time we've had this issue.  Frustrated sky customer... any help please!

Hi, it's black. It has improved over the past few days.  We had 2 days with no loss at all then yesterday evening it went down 4 times.  So far today its been OK 🤞
