Im having a similar issue. Thanks to all those who are trailblazing on this.
My issue is that the internet cuts out about 3 times an hour but only for seconds. It means we tend to watch TV in a slight delay (so that there is no downtime). No realy issues with VC as far as I can tell.
We have everything from SKY. Movies, phone, internet, sport - the whole lot so dont feel we should have any issues. Not sure about changing provider yet though. Would prefer to sort this.
Router stats below to anyone who knows what it all means.
Any help/advice very welcome. thanks.

Not sure if it helps,; I had a router and two boosters, Sky took a look at the routing within my property and advised I switch off one of the boosters as the other looked to be providing the signal I needed throughout the house extention. Since doing this, I have had no further instances of the connection dropping off.

sorry for delay - I switched off SKY shield - all now fixed. Hence software conflict with shiled and my own antivirus.

I have been experiencing the same issue for a few months now, lost count of the number of calls I've made to Sky to try and resolve.
Have upgrated to the latest hub and superfast connection, so paying out more now each month, but still the same!! I am working from home, and like many people have mentioned, keep losing connection during video meetings which is really embrassing. Our phones are haivng to use data rather than connection to the wifi.
Sky Advisors keep saying the system is working ok and it must be something in the setup within the house. They have sent me an additional booster box which I have setup in one of the bedrooms but still keeps losing connection.
Come on Sky, get this sorted!!!

Mine was okay for about 6w but since Friday has been dropping constantly. Even if I disconnect every device oustide of my phone. A bit frustrating as I thought with the 4th engineer's visit it had been sorted. But will have to get another one out again.

Hi, i have a similar problem. In marh i switched to super fibre from sky. Had opeanreach come and install new fibre cable and all worked really well for a month or so. Since april i have noticed intermittent connection lost during teams calls . I have both wifi and ethernet connections and both drop the calls and then come back after few minutes/seconds .
really annoying as my previous non fibre connection was much reliable!!
i also have sky glass and sometimes it loses connection too!
