Intermittent broadband outage with 100% packet loss

Broadband keeps failing, sky wifi goes into self heal, sky stream cr*ps out sometimes needing resetting then works, when you can finally test it says all good, I have set up a IP monitor that shows spikes of 100% packet loss, there must be logs in the router that show issues, and I can provide weeks worth of logs from the broadband quality website (thinkbroadband.com) but stuck in a online loop and a stupid virtual "assistant" trying to get it sorted......ready to cancel......help please! Thanks in advance.

Hi @NCR2000 

If the hub is going into self heal that means the line is dropping, Sky should be able to see this if you call the broadband helpline.
