Hi
Is anyone else suffering with connection issues when trying to use Microsoft Teams. I work from home and am getting very frustrated with intertmittent connection issues.
Can anyone advise how to resolve ? Sky dont seem interested in telling me anything other than the line is great, customer service is sadly lacking right now.

Can you post your hub stats
Also for teams are you connected via wifi or ethernet and what device are you using?

That's almost always down to local WiFi conditions (which an ISP isn't responsible for), unless you are using ADSL in which case it's typically the inherently limited outbound bandwidth of that broadband technology.

im using a Mac for Teams connected via ethernet cable to a wifi booster.

And how do i get Sky to finally acknowldege that and replace the booster ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere may not be anything wrong with the booster itself, more that the WiFi environment in your home isnt the same as it was or never been that good. I would suggest you move the booster closer to the router to start with.
