Intermittent WiFi drop out across multiple devices, hub very hot.

Hi, our hub is showing connected to broadband but keeps intermittently dropping across all of our devices. The hub is in open space not in the sun and is in a ventilated space. The hub is getting extremely hot and think it may be intermittently faulty. Is it possible to get another sent out?

How hot exactly? Its perfectly normal for Sky hubs to get hot to the touch as long as its not uncomfortable to put your hand on its fine.
