Intermittent Internet happening frequently

Our Internet is constantly going off I have run diagnostics but its coming back normal however this is not the case. Would we be able to have an engineer out at the earliest opportunity to look at this. Our son is studying at home for his gcses and he needs access to the Internet for his online lessons

@Mumofthreeare you running the tests while this issue is ongoing or only when the internet is up and running?

Yes I've run them at several different points including when it's down
