Intermittent Glitches with Sky TV & Wifi

Hi

We recently moved into a new property and had a BT & Sky engineer install our existing sky equipment and new broadband equipment.

Whilst watching tv it glitches probably 2/3 times an hour. This also effects the broadband signal which drops out when my son is gaming.

Any recommendations on how to resolve?
