intermittent loss of satellite signal occurs over the last week. Self help manages to reconnect but signal is then lost again. Sky engineers checked the system a few months ago and it has been fine up to the past week when the problem started. Systemis ok at the moment

The original Sky setup operated with a satellite. The system has now been changes to receive satelite signal via broad band . Sorry for the confusion - should have said internet signal lost. Hope this helps

Satelilite signal come from a dish, not broadband. What TV platform do you actually have?

Internet signal via broadband lost to computer and TV. Router centre light flashes orange. Self help via computer manages to reconnect when router light changes from orange to green. Then problem repeats a few times every day.
