Interent connection keeps dropping after storm

Why is my broadband speed so slow? This has been an issue all this week since we had a storm in the area 'CR0' on Tuesday. I had an engineer come round yesterday June 23rd sky.pngwho fixed the issue with my broadband speed but now its very, very slow. The engineer also changed the DSL connector. This solved the internet connection issue for a while but now the connection drops/comes back. To be fair we never had any connections issues prior to last Tuesday.

@dmgforest run the coonectiontestin the My Sky app as if your connection is running slower than the guaranteeed speed it should book an engineer to check the line again. If it shows the line speed is correct it is possible your hub has been damaged by the excess voltages lightening causes so needs replacing this is something Sky can arrange for you if you call them.

if you would like more help from the forum then please post hour hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
