Openreach have messaged me saying they have completed connecting me to their network and that they can now give me earlier dates for installation...
So the question I have is, is it them who bring the router as I thought Sky themselves would forward me the router in readiness for it to be installed on the date I originally had?
I don't want to go booking an earlier date if I haven't received the new hub, if I am indeed supposed to receive it 🤷♂️

Give sky a call to reschedule and that should reset the date your hub is sent out

Sky post out the router to be with you the day before activation.
It is unlikely that you'd get an earlier date as that was supplied to according to the earliest openreach availability

Well they're saying they can do it earlier.... but the issue obviously is about the router.
