You are still in dsl mode. Can you click that drop down and see if it allows you to set wireless router mode.

Also even if you have the correct vlan of 10 you need to enable it in the field above

Hey, I thought i had set it to wireless router mode based on the screenshot, and also earlier i had tried setting it to WAN mode as you see in the other screenshots

just to clarify ive also enabled the setting you suggested there for VLAN, hopefully we are getting closer to solving this issue

I managed to figure it out. Sky technical support were no help at all. They said they didnt have any details.
Posting the details here for anyone finding this page from a search engine. People saying they resolved their issues on threads without saying what the fix was is just frustrating. So is trying to piece answers back together from multiple posts/threads.
The below details are for Sky Fibre (FTTP) using a 3rd party router (ASUS DSL-AX82U).
They may not be optimal, but they work and im getting download speeds of 937Mbps.
If you have just got the fibre installed, you may need to power it off and leave it 30 minutes. I waited overnight.
