Installation not finished. Inside house finished, outside connection not.

2.5 weeks ago an engineer came to the house and fitted the indoors connection point, but then said that his ladders wouldnt be able to reach the telegraph pole and that he would send someone back with a different ype of ladders. I have had nothing from ANY of the companies and am in desparate need of wifi connection to work from home. I cant seem to get hold of sky through the number they are giving me which is infruiating. HELP

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll just need to check the chat thread regularly.
