Installation due tomorrow but hub has not been delivered
Im supposed to have had my hub delivered on monday and kept waiting for it but it hasnt been delivered and my instalation is tomorrow. What shall I do?

@Tania19 the hubs are dispateched by post to arrive a couple of days before the activation so it should be delivered today or indeed tomorrow.
If it doesnt then it wont stop the activation which does not require a router to be connected but of course you wont be able to use the service. Call Sky after the line goes live and they should send a replacement out. Until thst point they can do nothing.

Will sky expect me to start paying for broadband even though the hub has not been delivered?

If they do charge you from tomorrow then once the hub has arrived contact Sky who will hopefully place a (small) credit on your Sky account.
