Incredibly low wifi and downloads

Hi all, I've had incredibly slow wifi for a few days now - my mobile barely sends and receives messages on apps whilst connected to my router and Xbox downloads are taking literally days, this is even with a Ethernet cable connected (showing 0.70Mbps download speed on the xbox network settings?!) anyone have any ideas why or what I can do about it?

 

Below are router statistics which don't really mean anything to me. And just FYI I have the router in an open space, reset multiple times and the slow wifi issue is still apparent

@Jaysam96  Can you run the broadband test in the link below and tell the community what speed you are supposed to get between and what your minimum speed is supposed to be.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

My measured speed to hub is 2.2Mb/s guaranteed speed is 29.2Mb/s and upload speed is 2.8Mb/s
