@Rab11 it has been reported that it can take a few hours before the full bandwidth is switched on. However when testing make sure you are either using a device connected by a Gigabit Ethernet cable or if you have to use WiFi use a device in thecsame room as the hub.
If still slow tomorrow call Sky.
