Why has my broadband increased after just one month into a new contract.

@pjohng the first two bills often include extra charges you can see a break down of the charges in the My. Sky app see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-bills 

 

Sky have annouced price increases from April and if they apply to your contract you will receive notifiction 30 days before they are applied, you can switch to another isp without penalty during that period.

thanks for the help I have looked my future bills and see that the price increases by £6 a month from Apr. even though my contract only started in Feb.
