Inconsistent service, router not connecting to a selection of devices

Sky Broadband Hub (Black)

 

Inconsistent service.

Router not connecting to a selection of devices (namely Switch, iPad, iPhone, Macbook Air 2019, Kindle).

Cannot access the router log in via 192.168.0.1. I have tried all combinations of admin username with various passwords, and no luck. I have followed a lot of the advice I've found in these forums, but no luck either. Does anyone have any advice please?

 

I am only two weeks into this service, and I am not filled with confidence.

@msam1 If you goto the top off the community page click on Tips, all you need there, also Help on the sky is excellent.
