Im trying to connect my broadband hub but it's just showing two green light , for power and wifi

I'm trying to connect my broadband hub but it's just showing two green lights for power and wifi .How do I get the other two to turn on?

@nicole49 the internet and voice light will come on when the Sky service is live and the hub is connected to the line. If its a new service it may not have been activated check the My Orders section ofvthe My Sky app as that should give you a date but the service can happen at anytime that day up to midnight. If itvdoesnt work after thst date call Sky so they can getvthings sorted.
