Firstly, is that 11 megabytes per second? Or 11 megabits per second? If its 11 megabytes, thats about right. If its 11 megabits then you might need to assess how far away from the router the devices are or if there are hard walls obstructing. If you come to the conclusion that there is no obstruction, call Sky Support to run a test on your line themselves. Be prepared to provide details, perhaps do a speed checker test to use as evidence to help rule out some initial troubleshooting they ask you to do.
