Ive been told that my IP has been blacklisted
I called sky and we reset the box and they did something with shield. No Joy.
Im still having issues sending any emails from Outlook with my domain name on anything in the body of the email ( despite having been able to do this for 4 years)
Yes, I can remove my signature from my emails, but I really do need this for my business. And if I reply to anyone I have to make sure I take my email off the body of text.
As the issue seemed to be domain name related, I spoke to my webhost 123.reg and they said its nothing to do with them and that i need to ask Sky to change my IP address as this is blacklisted. ( he looked it up on something called Toolbox)
Ive been back and forth several times to both, each one passing me back to the other, having spent hours on the phone.
I am not an IT Tech so Im really struggling with this.
Any pointers appreciated.

If it is a business account email hosted by a 3rd party email provider then it is likely you have been blacklisted by the behaviour of someone else using the same host. Whilst turning your hub off for more than 1/2 hour will solve the issue with personal emails your will need to contact any 3rd party email host (eg godaddy) as it will be their servers blacklisting you

It has absolutely everything to do with them. It is another customer of theirs who is intentionally or unintentionally sending spam which not only affects your sky ip address but also other customers from other isps throughout the world

Thanks . I will try doing this again, but it didn't work the last two times 😭

I've said this to them, but they still referred me back to sky . They say the issue is the IP address. I feel like I'm the ball in a tennis match here. I will try talking to 123.reg again and state about it being their issue . Wish me luck

Seems I need to be a little firmer with them. Even if I do get the IP changed, if that's the case it will just happen again I guess 🤔

I have exactly the same issue as @VictoriaR
And have to constantly delist my dynamic IP address from Spamhaus Zen, SORBS SPAM, and SORBS DUHL
I understand the issue is caused by SKY not allowing other outgoing SMTP mailservers from connecting apart from there own SMTP mail server settings.
