We lost the internet connection 7 days ago. The internet light is off , so we dont have connection at home. We tried everything, we have followed all the instructions that appear in the website but it still doesnt work. I ordered a visit a few days ago and i havent been answered from sky, the date is not confirmed!!!
what should i do????? i cannot be at home without connection!!!!!!!!

Did you call sky to book the appointment ?
What does it say in your orders on your my sky app or sky.com account?
Is your phoneline working or do you have a mobile phone to to contact sky?

HI, I DONT HAVE ANY NUMBER TO CALL SKY BECAUSE THEY REDIRECT ME TO THE WEBSITE. IN MY ACCOUNT, APPEARS A MESSAGE WHICH SAYS: "IN PROGRESS, COMING SOON" "ARRIVAL DATE AND TIME: TO BE CONFIRMED". THIS MESSAGE APPEARS SINCE LAST FRIDAY SO I DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL COME, I^VE BEEN WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION FOR 7 DAYS!!!! I DONT HAVE PHONE LINE, ONLY BROADBAND. AS THE CONTRACT SAYS, I WILL WAIT FOR SKY TO PAY 8.6O£ PER DAY UNTIL THE FAULT IS FIXED. I NEED A SOLUTION!!!!!!

You need to call sky on 150 from your sky landline or sky mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on

Remove all the full stops
When you ring you are usually asked is this about sky mobile say no
Then you may be asked do you want to receive an sms say no
Then if asked do you want to hang up and follow the link say no
When asked about the nature of your enquiry say something like "engineer appointment update"
