Control app Sky Broadband Buddy which could control individual devices and have not launched a repkacement. It is theoretically possible to program your Sky hub to bar access by IP address to a schedule but any kid determined enough can get round that in seconds so unless your kids are very young its pretty pointless and it will not control use of mobile data. You can control Xboxes using the built-in settings according to this page https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/family-hub
You can buy third party apps thst can control things at a device level and with phones control mobile data usage as well. The only 100% effective option for stopping acces via a Sky hub is unplugging it!

As of July 2023 the Sky product for that is the Max Hub and associated WiFi Max broadband subscription add-on service.

Note that Max is not currently compatible with Sky Q television.
