I would like an engineer to visit my home

I had sky fibre connected finally!

and I need an engineer visit as discussed on first visit to check set up as I am not happy with wifi and connection to some appliances

This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky so for any issues you would need to report it them.
