I was promised a visit from a two man team to install new cables this wasmontgs ago but i still hav

A sky engineer did a temporary fix months ago and supposedly arranged a two man visit to renew all cables . This has never happened

You've posted to the Broadband board, but it sounds like you're referring to satellite dish cable.
