Why am I being charged £41 for fibre and £25 for sky stream. I was on a package for £37 which included broadband. I simply wanted to upgrade to fibre for better connection and speed.

@MozG If you upgraded to a faster speed then the package will have changed, so will your price.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
