@Phil310 Is It the filter for content for over 18's you are talking about?

If so, you need a credit card to remove the filter. A debit card will not work even though there's no charge in this process.

Do you mean the Sky Broadband shield or do you meaning adult settings when on mobile data on a Sky mobile device, if the former you should be able to login to the MySky app or online here to turn the broadband shield off:
