I want to stay in the existing contract. I want to stay. What will be the loss to me due to cancelling the contract by phone before?

@Jiaquan

If you want to stay and your discounts are ending soon contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

You can either call Sky or use the following link

This link explains early termination charges which your post suggests as an option

@Jiaquan unless you no longer need the connection or are moving to a new supplier who does not use the Openreach network dont cancel with Sky. Unlike TV contracts Sky are liable to take you at your word and tell Openreach to disconnect your line 14 days later. If you want to use the line again there will be another 24 day wait.

Instead research other suppliers who can give you the same service and see if Sky will match their price. Sky are well aware of competitors offers and either will or wont. If you decide to move and the new supplier uses the same Openreach line just order from them and they will sort out the switch including telling Sky. Sometimes Sky will,come back to you in the 14 day leadtime offering a better deal but it is far from certain.
