I want to setup Sky broadband but I'm having issues

I am switching from Virgin, and want to setup Sky broadband but I'm having difficulties. whenever I try to set it up on the website it just redirects me to another page saying "technical difficulties". Can I talk to a real person over the phone because the AI sucks.

 

I'm trying to set it up for my parents and we've already cancelled our plan with Virgin

You should be able to, so try saying nothing when asked anything by the bot.
