I've gone on the website to look for sky broadband deals as I've just moved house and don't have a current provider. But when I click on the deal and it asks for my postcode which I enter, I then select my address from the drop down menu but then it says:
"
Sorry, you can't progress with your Sky Broadband order online We need to assess a bit more about your accessibility needs to make sure we provide you with the right alternative arrangements, please call us and speak to one of our friendly advisers to continue with your Sky Broadband order. "
Why does it say this and does this mean I can't have sky broadband at all?
thank you!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jm104 the on-line tool can only deal with relatively straight forward orders where there msybe complications you have to call in. If you want an idea why enter the gull address intp the following checker and post the table and first few lines of the notes after removing the reference to the address Openreach Checker
