I want to know where to find the compensation bill on my sky account

I want to know where to find my compensation money on my sky account because I can't seem to find it on the credit on my next bill and it not been put in my account

Can you let us know what the compensation is for as it should appear on a bill 30 days after an broadband issue was fixed.
