When we were connected to fibre the Open Reach installation team located the OMD box, the box that the Sky Q box links into, in a none central location. My old router was sited in our Hall which is where the new OMD box needs to be resited. How do I get this done? Through Sky Technical or BT.

ONT for Optical Network Terminal

OMD was/are a classic '80s synth band, and wouldn't fit in your hallway.

You'd book through Sky for attendance by Openreach (not 'BT')
