I need to take a neighbour off my broadband and the only way I can do this is to change the router password but when I sign into 192.168.0.1, the screen says "this site is not private". I don't know what to do about that. My settings show that I have a Private WPA Address but I understood that it was the same current password as the router.
I've watched Sky's YouTube video and still it doesn't let me through as it says I'm "not authorised"? Help!

Hi Highlander, thank you for your reply. However, I've tried that - I filled in Username, Password again and it simply returned to the same screen again asking for the login etc.

If you are using the Safari browser wirelessly from an Apple device, that's known to be a problematic combination for administrative access to a Sky Hub.

Hi TimmyBGood
Thank you but nope it's good old Chrome/Google. I've cleared the Cache/Browsing data. No matter what I try, I get a window which either says "this site is not private" or "Not authorised" or you need authorisation" but nowhere does it say how you fix it.

Whilst speaking to Sky yesterday about a different matter, I mentioned the above issue. I was told to wait about a week then try again as Sky had received several queries about challenges involving the Wi-Fi router password and were looking into it.
