I want to cancel the router installation

I mistakenly did not see that the house I rented had installed the router, so I chose your company to install it on October 25th. Could you please cancel my appointment to install the router and cancel this 24-month contract? Thank you!

As we are customers here you will need to call Sky to cancel this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
