@Cc333

Your thread title doesn't seem to necessarily relate to the text in your post. What makes you believe your hub has been hacked?

As regards the thread title technically your discounts end in two days not your contract.

If you want to move move to another ISP you could use the One Touch Switching system which is hopefully the easiest method and explained in this link ~ NOTE: it only applies to broadband and Talk and not a TV subscription.

If you are cancelling Broadband/Talk altogether you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of any notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

@Cc333

I would think that is unlikely so what is happening to make you say that ?

@Cc333 as others have pointed out hacking of Sky's hubs is unlikely but is possible. However as a precaution change the WiiFi and Admin passwords see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password as in all of the cases I have seen where people think they have been hacked simply someone knew the password and gained access using that.

The other major risk is you responded to a scam phishing attempt. Hacking of the hardware is possible but simply not worth the effort on domestic accounts these days as other methods are far easier.
