I want to cancel my broadband contract

I want to cancel my broadband contract. I’m not getting the speed promised and I’m just wasting money subscribing for both the broadband and tv

@Adeniyi77  Youn need to approach another provider who uses the Openreach network assuming you're outside of a minimum period, however line speeds won't change with another provider using the same network.

 

You can't request a cnacellation of any Sky service through a public forum as non on the forum know who you are or you account details.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Adeniyi77 remember that Skys speed promise is to the router and not the wifi speed through put 

so can you post your router stats
