You could try doing so through a manual entry in Sky Broadband Shield.
Sign in to Sky Broadband Shield.
Select Manage exceptions.
Enter the website you’d like to block and select Block.
Select Save settings.

Unfortunately this may not prevent app access which doesn't use DNS resolution.
