Hello,
I am a customer of SKY TV
I live in the UK .
I have a ADSL Line which is company owned, they are about to remove that facility.
I wish to get Broadband & Change to SKY 'Q' but cant find a human online to help.
I can't get to a shop.
Any ideas please?

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number. A lot of mobile networks include 01, 02 and 03 numbers in their inclusive minutes.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t like us typing the digits in full).
Like a lot of large companies nowadays any calls to Sky will start off automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Also be aware the operating times of departments differs depending on the issue you’re ringing about.

Sorry to hijack but I had the same question (potential new customer). I did give sales a ring to ask about an online deal I've seen and to have the 'price freeze until end of 2023' part of it confirmed, but she didn't exactly give me confidence with her answers to that and other questions. So I'd prefer a chat transcript to fall back on, should I need it later.

Same. I've got 3 kids and I'm busy. Chat I can focus on easier than calls. I just want to upgrade. Says there's technical issues when I do it online. I haven't got time or free ears for long, convoluted calls. Make your tech work or have advisers on chat.

I know it sounds lame but still some transactions currently have to be done over the phone as certain legalities have to be explained and agreed.
