Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MikeWright1 Sky do not lay fibre themselves they currently only use the Openreach network. Therefore you can only buy Sky's full fibre service if your road has to Openreach fibre available.

The current target for Openreach to complete the 'commercially viable' part of the national FTTP rollout (putting a full fibre connection within reach of somewhere between 80 and 90 percent of UK addresses at no additional cost to the occupants) is by the end of December 2026.
