My Sky contract has just expired

I want full fiber (FTTP) at last 250mb

No landline needed

A hub I can run an ethernet cable from for an upstairs office and a spare ethernet port

a TV feed and full fiber to my garage (not the 3mb guaranteed wifi)

Netflix

I'm not bothered about a TV package but open to basic offers

Can anyone advise as I can't find what I require, thanks 🙂

If you are already a broadband customer then you can either change your package online or by calling Sky.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

@Steve+Nobby  hi sir you will need to call sky on the 150 if you have sky talk and chat about what options you have as you might be able to get a better deal or cheaper package 🙂 😄

@Steve+Nobby Sky do not offer tailored packages the My Sky app will contain the standard products they can offer while you may get a better offer if you call dont count on it.

If your address has an Openreach full fibre supply the most obvious fit is Sky's Full Fibre 500. All Sky hubs have at least 3 ethernet ports (the 4th is used to connect to the ONT). The landline is always included but costs nothing unless you use it.

It is up to you to run ethernet connections to your garage it is not something Sky will normally undertake. The WiFi guarantee only applies to rooms in your home so excludes a garage. Not sure what you mean by a TV feed but you could buy into Sky's separate streaming service if you want or use a TV aerial or a separate satellite dish. If you ordered Sky's Q TV service they would install a satellite dish for you but you would be tied to a 2 year contract.

That's not impossible as a DIY job (using preterminated optical cable and Fibre-optic to Ethernet converters) but it's serious overkill for a domestic set-up unless the distance involved exceeds the 100 metre limit of ethernet cable.

The problem in the Garage is the house walls are 16" thick, wifi signal is really bad
