Im having the same problem.
I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works:

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I've had the same problem. I returned my sky equipment back in September, held on to the receipt for a few weeks, then binned it assuming that it had been received as I'd heard nothing to the contrary. I then received a message from Sky threatening to fine me for not returning their equipment! I tried to resolve the issue but they demanded a receipt of proof, which I no longer have. They're now trying to fine me and sent me a message threatening legal action if payment isn't made, when this is clearly their mistake (and clearly this has happened to a lot of other people looking at these forum posts). Can someone please help me get this resolved?

I sent my broadband box back on the 1st of December. And according to tracking it was delivered on the 3rd December.
I am still receiving countless emails and messages from sky saying they are going to charge me £50?
Can anyone help?

Look out for an email and also a blue speech bubble on the bottom of this forum page. Once the blue chat bubble appears you have 48 hours to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss the opportunity.
If you use Safari make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox or Chrome etc.

I too have returned my sky hub. Gave it to the post office on the 15/02/22 and tracking says Sky received it on 17/02/22 but they keep sending me letters saying that they haven't received it yet.

I returned my equipment in March as I'd moved to BT. It was sent to SKY in the proper fashion but they've now requested I send it again. They buggered up my transfer to BT and I had to tell them multiple times I was transferring! Shocking customer service!
