I've replaced my doorbell with a video one that needs to connect to my WiFi on 2.4ghz
I've typed into my browser the access code that lets me see the router settings and the two channels of 2.4ghz and 5ghz together. I can't get into the settings to separate the channels for me to select the 2.4ghz for the video doorbell to connect to. My password is being rejected to allow me to go any further?

@lenjenks some video doorbells dont connect to the standard dualband SSID Sky hubs use by default. You nedd to split thecwifi bands see Split Sky WiFi bands
Thst works for the older Sky hubs however on the latest Sky Wifi Max hub is different and you cannot split the wifi bands if you have one of those post again.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
