I've just received a new hub for broadband.the 2.4GHz is on channel 10 the 5GHz is on channel 36. Everybody is on channel 36 so is very populated I would like to change it to channel 40 but the option is gray'd out the same with 2.4GHz it's on channel 10 and would like to change it to channel 4 the same gray'd out. How do I change them?

@Highlinder I have tried that the 5GHz stays on the same channel. There are 4 local users all on the same channel and there is some interference. The sky box will only give me 1 choice of channel or a different one at a wider bandwidth, perhaps I should use one of them. As far as 2.4GHz goes I ame given 1 choice again, not much of a choice, the channel 1 or 6 would be better my box is on 10 but I can't change it. I did switch off and on cut no change. Thanks

@Highlinder I have managed to change channels on both 2.4 and 5GHz. I'm now on channel 6 and 44. The options were ther but didn't recognise it. Thanks for the information you gave. The channel,s now are well away from other people's channels.
