Sky advised my poor connection was due to my router and replaced it with an identical Sky q router. I have managed to reconnect everything apart from my Solis data logger for my solar panels. We have performed a reset of the logger but it still refuses to connect to the new router. Anyone else had this problem and found a fix?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@patellaman some devices cannot connect to the dualband SSID modern routers use by default so try splitting the wifi bands and connect tge logger to the 2.4GHz band see Split Sky WiFi bands
