I've had this SKY internet in my house for 1 year and it doesn't work, I can't take it anymore, I'm going to cancel it today. An engineer came here and he still didn't solve the problem. I already said that the internet wires in the house need to be changed and they didn't change it.

@Sky38

If you do that you may find the issue only moves with you.

To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk totally, or if you’re moving to a provider like Virgin Media or City Fibre etc who don’t use the Openreach set up, you'll have to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days, but if you are still in the initial 18 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges. This link may help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

If you are changing to another provider who also uses the Openreach infrastructure then join up with them and they should contact Sky on your behalf.
You’ll need to return any loaned router to Sky, so it’s important you get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely. Return packaging will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period.

@Sky38

After one year you would typically still be eight months away from being able to cancel without penalty, unless you negotiate early exit with Sky on the grounds that they have not delivered a contracted minimum speed.

'internet wires in the house' are only the responsibility of a network provider up to the master socket, and then only if they cannot deliver the minimum speed.
